My Value Proposition Discovery service...

Are you tired of board members shying away from promoting the organization because they “don’t know what to say”? Do you lose sleep worrying that funders will stop supporting your organization? Do you dread one more communications/marketing/fundraising meeting trying to figure out how to get people to pay attention to your message?

Imagine finally having people “get it” the first time. Close your eyes and picture your board members confidently and clearly communicating the purpose and value of your organization - without the awkward elevator pitch training! Get off of the fundraising roller coaster and end the year ahead of your goals. Feel the relief of finally knowing what to say to capture the attention of donors, volunteers, funders, partners, and clients who are looking for just what you provide!

HOW IT WORKS

BOOK A CALL

Want to see if we're the right fit?

I can offer more explicit guidance once I know the extent of your needs. That said, good candidates for these interviews are usually:
  • clients and/or key constituents
  • foundations that have funded your organization
  • loyal donors
  • board members, trusted advisors, and key volunteers

3. Who do we pick as stakeholders to be interviewed?

We’ll discuss this in the planning phase and make sure we get the number right. What matters more is that they know your organization well enough to talk about “why XYZ Organization” and that they’re available to talk within the timeline of the engagement.

2. How many interviews will you conduct?

No, in order to ensure honest feedback I guarantee all interviewees complete anonymity of the experience and our conversation. Candid responses yield the most useful insights for your organization.

1. Will we know which stakeholder said what about our organization?
